Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
At The Beauty Collective, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask that you respect our time and other clients by providing proper notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
• We require at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service total
• Same-day cancellations will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service
No-Show Policy
• Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service
• No-shows may require prepayment to book future appointments
Late Arrivals
• If you arrive late, your service may be shortened to avoid delaying other clients
• If we are unable to complete your service due to late arrival, it will be considered a same-day cancellation and the 50% fee will apply
Card on File
• A valid card may be required to hold your appointment
• Cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file
